my new favorite month.

My sincerest apologies, dear readers (also known as, hey Jill and Sabrina), for the delay in blogging. Moving and lack of internet have forced me to keep all blogtastic thoughts pent up inside, forgetting them all now that I have the time and motivation to blog it up. Oh well. Enough of past grievances, on to current events...

October is officially the month of positive thinking. And by official, I mean, it is for me. Inspired by real life negative thinkers in my world, I thought it would be interesting to combat them with positivity for a month and examine the results. I am a firm believer that sending positive words thoughts and actions out into the universe does make a difference.

Of course, days one and two went supremely well. But, as it turns out, it's harder to stay on the positivity train when an unpleasant, biting, insomniac kitten keeps you up until three in the a.m.

Luckily, as quickly as one can throw a kitten off a bed, the positives outweigh the negatives. Because here I sit on a couch. Finally. Not the floor. And for the moment, that (and my impending nap upon it) is all that matters.

  1. Thinking positive for the month of October is dumb. You'll never be able to do it.
PS- Ha ha, your cat keeps you up all night. That makes me giggle. Love you!
